1 General Terms & Applicability

All personal details provided during registration — name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate. h5bj may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, during which a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

H5bj supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours. However, withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not yet complete. h5bj may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments made in a third party's name are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5 Betting Rules & Regulations

If an event is cancelled or abandoned at half-time, h5bj will generally void the bet and refund the stake. However, this policy may vary depending on the specific sport's rules. Bets on which the Cash Out feature has been used are no longer eligible for cancellation.
